After Hurricane Sandy decimated the New Jersey coast and FEMA updating the flood zones maps, many bare Jersey Shore sites seemed unusable. Fortunately we found ways of designing stunning homes that meet the added height regulations and flood design principles. Now this South Amboy waterfront home has multiple level balconies and rear deck to take in the Jersey Shore sunshine.
