Our Design Process

We first need to explore what is possible both with your dream and the maximum potential of your site. Together we will analyze the best approach to your project based on a number of factors including budget, site information and constraints, the existing conditions of the building, zoning strategies, neighborhood and context, and most importantly the vision.

Designing the vision

After we have fully documented and gathered all information with Phase 1, we proceed together into designing the vision. In this phase we will explore all ideas in turning your vision into reality. Working through multiple mediums such as sketching, diagraming, space planning, 2D drawings, and 3D models to explore, we will fine tune the design to fulfill the dreams you have of the project.

Turn the dream into a reality

Once the vision has been fulfilled, the time has come to create drawings in order to build the dream. In this phase we will produce the necessary drawings and documentation for all the approvals required along with giving proper direction to a general contractor for construction. Additionally we will be there every step of the way to help move the project forward and make sure the dream truly becomes a reality.
