Situated on a through corridor in Maywood NJ, our clients discovered the possibility that a piece of property could be subdivided to make room for two new great new construction single family homes. After a series of zoning feasibility studies confirming the subdivision we worked directly with a surveyor, civil engineer, and land use attorney to get the subdivision unanimously approved. Then we designed two individually unique with some shared similarities new construction homes featuring attached garage, finished basements, 4+ bedrooms, and stunning finishes throughout. Both homes are under construction and soon to finish in early 2024.
